i finally can spend 2 hours in a studio for jayla and toppy. it’s my 2nd time for taking photo myself with my family. last time, it’s not a good place and this time is so so. however, i took some great shoots and i post it to flickr.

i am considering a raw workflow software on my imac. i have two options: aperture from apple or lightroom from adobe.
i tired aperture last night using trial verison. it looks ok, but i found it’s a bit slow (slow have no comparison as i haven’t tried lightroom yet, but i got a number of “loading” when i was using loupe) and no idea what i have to do. i am considering to try lightroom as it has explicite workflow 1) import 2) manage 3) develop and 4) present and i heard from friend that it is a lot faster than aperture.
i am going though some reviews on lightroom and aperture. this one from artstechnica.com seems good as it covers from installation (lightroom v1.0, not beta) to aperture comparison. maybe i should try lightroom as well on my imac :P
