have been to tokyo 5day for biz trip.

finally, fixed a biz issue and no need to escalate to senior management (yes, it is serious if i can’t fix it).

have been to midora sushi twice. both ordered a set + favours. set menu could satisfy myself on every best pieces from the restaurant. menu have 2 most expensive sushi are currently my favours selling at @¥420: *extra* urchin sushi and fresh *live* shrimp sushi. *exta* mean urchin is as much as on the dish as well. *live* means when dish comes to our table, the tail was still moving. can’t resist to let those sushi on dishes longer but into my mouth.

also, try a restaurant selling natual eel menu over 160yr. lunch is quite expensive ¥3450 and this is one of few japanese restauant charges 10% service. to me, taste is ok, but may not realize cost ¥3000 for a set menu. menu have course over ¥10000.

many of you may know we’ve been to singapore (4D3N) last week with markus and jayla. we flied on 19 nov and so happened it was jayla birthday. we were so busy (taken care 2 kids) that we forgot to buy a cake for her in singapore. cathay didn’t upgrade her infant ticket to economy or business class as well.

we’ve been to a lot of places….

- after settling down in hotel, we had dinner with my singapore colleague. many thanks for the dinner in newton hawker center. glendon also drove us around in the city after dinner as well.
20nov
- we got a 2-day pass from hippo tour. we were around the city by the open decker and have been to DHL hot air balloon as well. we have been to china town and try the hainanese chicken rice 海南雞飯. it is now markus favorite and he can finish half dish of it. however, markus called it 海“泥”雞飯. we have dinner at clarke quary, but jayla vomited on her stroller during dinner (ruined our dinner actually)

- we were in an hour duck tour which was included in the 2-day pass. we also have 海南雞飯 at mandarin oriental for lunch :) place is really relax comparing to hawker center or china town. we were also to night safari at night. it was an experience while we were sitting on a tram waiting lions, tigers, elephants and giraffes closely. we missed the show as it rained.

- have kaya toast 咖椰烘烤麵包 in china town. not really enjoy the coffee and tea as i have to fix markus and toppy has to fix jayla for lunch. way back to hong kong

we were in shek o last monday while i took a dayoff. i believe not more than 20 people in the beach / sea. temperature is excellent except the sky is not blue, but hazy.

anyway, we were able to find someone performing pole dancing on the beach. this is XXX-rated so we masked out her bikini locations.

most of us from group 9/10 while we are studying BScCS in City University of Hong Kong. we haven’t met for a long long time especially jacky and vicky.

the funnest thing today is that hunter (the guy on the photo) looked very smart when he arrived late. but we found that he wore his polo shirt REVERSED!!
